I have been a resident of Southern Maryland all of my life. Licensed Realtor since 1973. Have been a licensed mortgage bank for 48 yrs and retired to full time real estate in 2016. I am very familiar with all types of financing having done it for so many years and am also an expert on new construction financing and home building from start to finish. I am an approved Military advisor and can offer services such as pre-qualification for military buyers and help them search for their homes while making the transition to this area.
